Most of AAA Label Factory’s presses are flexographic and can support clients with large-scale label production needs. This technology, which produces rolls of high quality labels that is particularly cost competitive at medium and high volumes. The labels have exceptional clarity, vibrancy and intricate detailing, ensuring consistent excellence and reliability in every batch.

The labels can be combined with additional aesthetic enhancements such as embossing, debossing or foiling, as well as technical enhancements for automated application.

Historically, due to setup costs, smaller print runs were priced based on this method, impacting quality. However, our focus on cost management has enabled us to offer lower-than-standard minimum order quantities to the Southern California market.

SHORT RUN PRINTING

Because we want to respond to all our clients’ label needs, we also offer an additional service tailored to meet the needs of clients seeking short runs, without the constraints of minimum order quantities typically associated with traditional printing methods.

Our cutting-edge digital printing technology is the perfect solution for businesses seeking efficient and cost-effective label printing with no space fees. In addition, the labels are laser-cut, allowing any shape without the need for custom cutting dies, which reduce lead-time and tooling costs.

Our digital printing facility located in our Los Angeles facility and allows on-site pick up for extra rush jobs.
